Foundation walls at the basement level. Spread footings have been covered up by gravel.
concrete corbel – curtain wall window will be positioned flush with the outside face of the concrete wall (on the right). Flashing will sit between the underside of the window frame and concrete wall. Concrete, flashing and window frame beauty cap will end up flush.
dampproofing membrane has been applied to the spread footings and the concrete foundation walls.
